My order arrived damaged!  What do I do?

We try our best to ensure this doesn't happen but if it does, email us right away. We are not responsible for any damage done by our shipping suppliers, however we will work with you to get the insurance from the shippers and then move forward in finding a solution that works for all parties involved. 

 

Can I get my order gift wrapped? 

All of our products come gift-ready in cotton bags, If you have any special requests just let us know.

 

How do I care for my silver, gold vermeil, brass or stainless steel Jewelry?

Some of our pieces have specific care instructions that come in your order.  For everything else, refer to the info here.

 

What ring and necklace sizes do you carry?

Our rings come in a variety of sizes, but since some are one-offs sizes may be limited depending on style. Necklace lengths also vary by style.  See our size guide here.

 If you would like to have us resize a ring, send us an email and we will get an estimate from our local goldsmith. (We do not have the skills necessary to resize a ring after the stone have been set so we outsource it to our local goldsmith who has a laser for resizing rings with the gemstone intact.) Typically it costs between $60-80 to resize a sterling silver ring. More $$ for gold. 

How do I know what my ring size is?

Finding your ring size is easy!  Follow this guide.  You can print our our ruler or use your own measuring tape.

Yes! Shipping rates vary depending on location and duty charges may be incurred. See our shipping rates here.
